The card payment was made on 7th May 2022 against RBL credit card ending with XXX51 with amount 99000 INR & 3040.44 INR via cred app. Now I get a statement from RBL bank that the amount has never been credited to my RBL bank credit card account. I had raised this request multiple times in the CRED support platform to help me but every time you guys have closed my request by saying the query is addressed.

    Hello Team,

    I made a payment of Rs 8450.15 to below mentioned card using CRED.

    Card Number - [protected]

    The amount debited in CRED app reflects as Rs 8450.15. However, when I checked on savings account, amount of Rs 11449.15 has been debited.

    The receipt from CRED also reflects as Rs 11449.15. However the payment history reflects only Rs 8450.15.

    I checked with both Saving account bank and credit card bank and they have confirmed that they have received a payment of Rs 8450.15 and requested me to check with CRED Team.

    The receipt which I received from CRED reflects Rs 11449.15, the amount which got debited from my saving account.

    Requesting you to kindly check and let me know the issue.

      I am Dr.sudhakar Kasinathan I have paid my rent to my landlord from my credit card on 4/05/2022 the amount got deducted from my credit card. Of amount Rs 36418 but it showed failed transaction and my landlord didn’t receive the rent and again I tried on 6/05/2022 and the money of amount Rs 36418 was again debited from my credit card now my landlord account was credited. So twice my credit card money has been deducted. Inspite of repeated failed attempts to reach the CRED portal for a solution I have come here for my grievance redressal kindly do the needful

        On 28th May 2022, I made my credit card payment of Rs 15247/- through the CRED app, and on 1st June 2022, I was informed that the payment is failed and the amount will be credited to my bank account within 3 working days. The payment is still not credited into my account to date, I also raised complaints about the same at the support option available in the app. Moreover, they are not bothered about the mental harassment faced by the customers. I request, please refund the amount immediately to avoid any legal action.

          Amount automatically deducted from my saving account

          I have used the cred app to make my SBI credit card payment.

          I made 1 transaction of rs. 512/- on 10th July 2022 from my IOB saving account for a credit card. But another amount is automatically deducted from rs. 1511.

          I made transactions through the cred app

          I am missing my rs. 1511/- could you please do a needful help.

            I made a payment of my HDFC credit card through CRED app on 07th June 2022 evening, for Rs.163443 and amount got debited from my savings account but my cred app shows as "payment failed"

            I contacted my savings account bank but they say that the amount has already been debited from my account and they have asked me to contact you.

            My credit card payment is due and if I don't pay this amount immediately, I will be charged penalty and interest on such a huge amount.

            I want my amount to be refunded to me immediately.

                    It's been around 3 days since I had done a transaction of Rs.20000 from Axis Bank Credit Card on the CRED Application but Still it's in the Processing phase.

                    Kindly do the needful either way to process this transaction.

                      Hi i have initiated a rent transaction on 5th june 12 : 02 AM and still the transaction is in processing state, even after many attempts to contact support i am able to get only a generic response to wait patiently even it over 60 hrs from i have initiated the transaction. Please help me out to close the transaction asap . Really having a terrible experience with cred.

                        On 04/06/2022 (4 June), by cred I transfer 6000 rupees education fees from credit card but amount not credited in bank account. Cred showing successful transaction but amount not credited till now . I complaint on cred support or cred complaint emails but only web reply by cred and not resolving my issue and not taking seriously.                           On 04/06/2022 (4 June), by cred app 6000 debited from credit card but amount not credited into account. I complaint in cred support or by email but they are not responding properly and auto reply only by web. it's was my urgently requirements. Please resolve it and cred not taking it seriously.                               I pay the Rent Amount by Cred App on Saturday date was 04/06/2022 amount was Rs 30, 000. My amount was debited from my Credit Card but not received in my bank account. I send lots of emails and complaints regarding this but nothing happened yet. They showing only please wait. Please help me ASAP.

                                Hello Cred Team,
                                On june 1 i made the payment of 50000 in order to pay the rent . Although, amount is deducted from my credit card but not deposited in landlord's account.

                                It is showing status "payment processing" and amount will be credited in 1 day but its been 6 days, there is no amount deposited in account.

                                  I have paid my credit card bill to ICICI bank using cred app, which is of INR 1, 15, 000 on Jun 3, 2022. The credit card bill due date is Jun 7, 2022.

                                  I have received a message from cred app few mins ago mentioning that the bill payment is failed and will be refunded in next 5 days. This is really not okay, as I have got the bill due date tomorrow and the amount is not unblocked. I need to pay the money by tomorrow.

                                  Please look into this at the earliest and I do not have enough money left to pay my credit card bill.
