I have made the payment on date[protected] of my credit card The payment got deducted and failed by not going to my card but money was deducted from my account.After this, the people of CRED put them back in my account on the card, but by mistake my account details were wrongly mentioned in their place.So they put money in the wrong account, then I went to my bank and requested them to get that money back, The bank return my amount to CRED but CRED are not giving me that money.
I am very upset that ghost mental harassment is happening by mailing again and again but these people are not doing any revert.
It does not even have any customer support number so that I can contact. I mail them to which no one responds to me.I have also mailed the givens, that too did not give any reply.I request you please help me.
It's too long please get my money back.
