      I have done Credit card payment on 29th March 2022, Money got debited twice, already sent bank statement to Grievance Office Cred.

      I have done several follow up on cred app chat and on email, not getting any response.

          Payment amount debited from me but not credited to my Credit Card

          Dear Grievance Team,

          I had made a payment of Rs 1, 07, 588.81 for my credit card using the CRED app on 8th April 2022. It has been 3 days but the amount has still not been credited to my credit card. The app keeps adding 1 more day to the estimated time of payment. Yesterday it was showing me that it would be credited by 12th April 2022. But today it has again added 1 more day and it is showing 13th April 2022.

          Hii,
          i was taken 20, 000/- cred cash on month of march-22 from CRED app and they did auto-debit system.

          As per auto debit happen on 7th April -2022 but cred not showing the credited amount.

          HDFC bank reference number against auto debit[protected] for 20, 706 &
          [protected] for 38 Rs.

          cred app showing in payment history is processing & created order id P11RDOLENP

          but nothing got happen from 7th April 2022.

            Cred cash loan emi

            I have paid to clear out the dues for march (cred cash )amount 4518 and 4966 rs through internet banking wich i do normally. But still the amount wich i paid already still showing payment processing and till now its not sorted out . And i am worried . Again the same amount wich i paid already is again autodebited on 2nd of april and status( payment done ) So wat will happen to the amount of money wich i paid by myself by internet...

            I have done successfully payment of my credit card bill through cred app before due date with attached details of account .but still not reflected payment in cc account and auto debit charges deducted from account with gst so pls resolve it and do needful for refund my amount otherwise i will go legal action on it.

              I have made the payment on date[protected] of my credit card The payment got deducted and failed by not going to my card but money was deducted from my account.After this, the people of CRED put them back in my account on the card, but by mistake my account details were wrongly mentioned in their place.So they put money in the wrong account, then I went to my bank and requested them to get that money back, The bank return my amount to CRED but CRED are not giving me that money.
              I am very upset that ghost mental harassment is happening by mailing again and again but these people are not doing any revert.
              It does not even have any customer support number so that I can contact. I mail them to which no one responds to me.I have also mailed the givens, that too did not give any reply.I request you please help me.
              It's too long please get my money back.

                I had paid my rent using Cred app thru my credit card on Apr 5th 2022. The cred team is not sending house rent reciept and always I get automated response whenever I send email. Cred is very unproffessional and cheating customers

                  Hi team,

                  I need some help with one of my transaction of paying a rent amound of 60000.
                  I paid the amount 60000 on 01/04/2022 at 2.35, but it is still not transferred .
                  Your transaction status is showing approved by bank but the amount is still not showing in my landlord account.
                  Its been more than 6 days .
                  I share my landlords bank statement many times, thr money is not transferred.
                  The UTR no. ( N[protected]) provided by you shows invalid in bank.
                  Bloody cheaters and fradusters.
                  Transfer money back to my account.
                  Iam going to consumer court.
                  You have to pay for this harrasment.
                  I have no my money in my account to pay my landlord again.
                  Either transfer money to my card back.
                  Or transfer to my landlord account

                    I was make a payment on 4/4/2002 from my credit card to my bank account by using the application CRED..the money is debited from My HDFC credit card account.but its not credited in my federal bank account.i was waited for three working days..but it is not credited.i have sent some mails but they dont replay me..please help.the money is very urgent.

                      I have made a rent payment from my Axis bank credit card account on 1st April 2022. I got a message on 4th April that the amount has successfully credited to landlord account but actually the amount wasn't credited at that time when i checked with landlord.
                      I raised complaint through mail but still waiting to get resolutions, Today it is 6th April almost more than 5 days have passed the payment is not credited to my landlord account. Payment was debited from my Axis credit card on 1st if april itself.

                      I need refund back or the money has to be credited to the account immediately.

                        I'm Ajay Koli, I have withdrawn the amount of 11000 on 1st April, and the order id is YWGL4ZG9X6Z. It's been more than 5 days now but the amount is received in a bank account.

                        I'm trying to reach your customer support but I didn't get any response from them.

                        even though I didn't receive the amount in-app it has already started to charge me

                          I reached out to support via Cred App a couple of times since the last 2 days but with no response.

                          I made a Credit Card payment of 22999/- from my ICICI savings account -- ICICI Credit card. Though 22, 999/- is deducted from my savings account only 20, 000/- is credited to my card.

                          So where is 2, 999/-? Now, I really can't trust Cred App.

                          I have mailed Cred support and grievience and haven't heard anything back yet.

                            I have made amount 25000 Through cred on 01 APR 2022 and its been 5 for now amount haven't received yet and complaint raised almost everywhere and even i contacted customer care they asked me the details example my state and and transaction ID everything before getting all the details it replying the mail was super fast once they got the details nothing from there end I'm sending reminder mails twice thrice an days i didn't get anything from there end.. 25K is my one month salary I'm asking my money back.. please

                                    I have made the payment of INR 22, 423.42 via CRED using my SBI bank account on 27-Mar-2022 at 22:25 IST, however, the transaction got failed at CRED Application but the amount was debited. I have been following up with the CRED Team since then but I haven't received any resolution and my complaint ID 3354351 was closed without any resolution.

                                    Every time, I am getting a standard reply that it has been forwarded to the concerned team and it will take 24-48 hrs. But it has been more than 60 hours without a resolution. Also, the due date of my credit card surpassed which was March 29, 2022. I would appreciate it if my money is refunded immediately without any further delays.
