On 9th march i made payment of my credit card and payment got failed and money deducted from my bank account as per your policy i waited more than 7 working days and even i contacted my bank, they are saying payment credited to that particular account in which i was making payment, help me with this problem asap

    I have made a payment using cred app. First, it displayed as successful. But later it displayed as failed. And the amount was not credited back until a week. Due to this, the fine was charged on my credit card stating late payment. And now when I have approached the cred for a refund, they are delaying saying that they are working on it for a month. In the first call, they said they will refund. But now they are not responding. It is not at all my fault to bear a 30k fine. I need my refund back as it is not my fault. Please do the needful.

      I made a payment through Cred and my order no is GW6D8821RVG, on 10th March 2022, to RBL Bank Credit card, CRED Promised me to deliver the amount in 14 mins as per the attached message, unfortunately it paid to bank 14th March 2022; due to now this delay I am paying INR 3180 as overdue payment fee; the torcher I went through is unbearable, I was unable to reach them since they don't have any customer care, i was unable to write them since I don't have their proper email id; Govt as to ban such type of application which is nonuse to people

        I would like to inform you that I had made a Rent payment towards my SBI Credit Card through CRED App with an Amount of Rs. 114556/- on 11th March 2022 with Order ID-8LJ2V6NV5Z9 CRED showing me that your payment towards SBI Credit Card awaiting confirmation it will reflect in your Landlord's accounts within 24 hrs . But still the payment not yet received landlords account. I informed CRED team 6-7 times at there official email ([protected]@cred.club, but they are simply saying we regret the inconvenience caused. We really appreciate your patience and kind understanding is this matter. Your concern is already in discussion with our relevant team and will get back to you at the earliest possible along with an update. Please allow us some more time for the same. Today 17th MARCH 2022 CRED already 06 days late towards my rent payment and simply doing my mentally harassments . Please take an appropriate action against Cred App and mentally harassments claim Rs.50000/-.

              I have made deposit amount for my newly rented home on cred app on 09/03/2022 with my icici credit card for an amount of 200000 rs /- order id VQ1RP3WPW12X. Money got debited from my account but the payment is still in process for the last 4 days as on date 12/03/2022 .Due to the delay, i've paid the security deposit through other source to the landlord.So I no longer need the help/service of cred due the delay .

              i, ve send an email regarding the issue to the grievance team .As a replay Cred team send an email with expiry link for assistance. Also i've Tried multiple ways to contact support but failed.

              Details of payment deducted

              Deposit amount: Rs 200000/-
              service charge: Rs 2100/-
              total amount : Rs202100/-

              Please help me to get my full refund of the amount with the service charges ie. Rs 202100/- that i have paid, on my original payment mode that used for the transaction.

                Hi Team,

                EMI of Rupees 44660 is already deducted on march 2 2022 By Auto Debit from my SBI Account.

                I waited for Few Days for the status to get updated in Cred but still status is showing as in Processing.

                I want to Fore close the Loan and Cred App is not allowing me to Foreclose the Loan amount
                I asked for cred support and it may take 7 working days to resolve the issue.
                After 7 working Days I still issue is not resolved and asking me to wait till 15 to get status update.

                I want to save my interest charges by foreclosing but Here Interest is being accumulated by waiting Period and not allowing me to Foreclose the Loan.
                Calling and Updating that it is tech issue with partner is not agreeable when we are in Technology Driven Industry.

                  Rent Pay through cred not credited to card or account

                  I paid 40000 through pay rent option amount got deducted but it is not credited to landlord. I have been following it is 10 working days issue not resolved raised a ticket on March 7th 2022 still issue not resolved but they have closed the ticket without refunding my amount .My ticket ID 3226336 amount still not received from my side to card or account.please work on this immediately and resolve my issue as soon as possible...

                  Hi team

                  I have paid amount from card 90k to landlord account but still they have received it not a problem but please credited to my source account (credit card) which I was paid on mar 5

                  Today mar 10

                  I have paid again amount to card to landlord again 90k still it's showing process (rent agreement is verifying) please I dont have trust on you guys

                  Pls give me amount 180000 rs to my source account

                  One more thing they have block my account which I was unable to contact cred chat bot

                      I made a payment of Feb 28 for my SBI credit card using cred.Until now that money is neither reflected to my credit card nor refunded back to my account.No response from cred side.No email response.I opened two tickets.They closed one without any resolution and other is still open also didn't recived any response from them.Not even a single mail.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I Mr Patelu Raja Tirumaleswara Reddy used to pay my office rent through CRED App and used a Credit Card to pay.

                          Unfortunately i mistyped the account number.But the transaction was over and the amount was debited from my Credit Card.

                          My office owner told me that he hadn't received the amount.

                          So i have raised a complaint to the CRED App Team through Cred App.

                          The Cred App Team responded and they have given me a UTR number and told me to contact recipient bank.

                          So i have contacted the bank people.

                          The Bank people told me that the bank doesn't have 16 digit Account Number, they only have 15 digit.And the UTR number that CRED team had sent is wrong (the UTR Number is short of few Letters).

                          So i have again sent/informed all these to CRED Team through CRED App and also through mails so that they can send me the correct UTR NUMBER for so many times.But they are not responding .So i have decided to raise a complaint on CRED App team through this channel.

                            I, Rajesh Joshi, a registered user using since 2018

                            On 22.02.2022 at around 5.30 Fraudster called me from the mobile number [protected] claiming he is from CRED Support team and he will help me getting setup in instant payment refund setup,
                            (I was in regular talk with CRED support team that day for one failed transaction so there was no question of doubt arise meanwhile all this)

                            NO OTP NO CVV, NO REMOTE ACCESS GIVEN, NO SUSPICIOUS LINK CLICK, all this happened within CRED platform only, I doubt either fraudster has access to their system or may be their own employee involved in all this, To prove this claim, I am ready to go for forensic investigation to obtain call recordings.

                            if any of the details I have entered, it is in CRED App Only which I felt secured app (till the time fraud happened)

                            I HAVE ENTERED MY DETAILS ONLY IN PAYMENT SETTING SECTION.

                            Fraudster had accessed my account and did a rent payment using of 48, 000 rupee through my ICICI credit card, also fraudster had applied for Credit Line with their banking partner IDFC Bank amounting to 4, 85, 000 rupee (that is huge) having sanction letter reference number 65789996.

                            As soon as I got hint of being trapped, I instantly "tried to contact CRED but THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER"

                            I had to tweet to them multiple times and after almost 25-30 minutes I got a call from support till that time the fraudster had access to my CRED account.

                            I have blocked my ICICI as well LIC AXIS Credit Card, also tried to contact IDFC but it's also not worth it, had emailed as well tweeted them.

                            Have already logged cyber complaints, and in process of filling FIR after conclusive report from cyber cell.

                            Even I tweeted Cred Support tagging CEO but this guys didn't bother to reply or nor seems to be any interest on how all this happened on such a secured platform

                            After many followups with them they chose to remain silent, not giving any clarification on this, even I have tagged their CEO, Seniors from their Legal & Grievance Team but no one coming up and giving any statement on this matter. They have only email / social media support, And they have In-App chat but they have disabled my account so no access to contact them.

                            On email they are just sending robotic kind of reply or sometimes like we will help cybercell in investigation.
                            But not ready to accept their system security failure.
                            I believe they are not concerned about their milions o[censored]ser.

                            Now who is liable for this transaction of 48000 + Service charge ?

                            I repeated No information Shared with anyone. so in reply to this complaint dont says the same thing again and come up with the solution and bear the charges.

I have been using cred for so long but never faced this issues and now this is how customers are facing problems and you don't care at all no good support to talk to not even grievances are replying.D9V5RN98WVJ order id My payment was supposed to get credited on 2/03/22 by 3.12 pm but still its showing processing, can't able to contact your support also, how would I know what is the issue. Details are sent in Dm through Twitter and cred support but no response from your side. Have created a ticket also in cred app

                                  I have taken a Personal Loan from Cred App and foreclosed the Loan within 2.5 months by paying the amount in full. Cred App acknowledged the receipt of Foreclosure over mail on 01/09/2021 but till date they have not closed my loan on systems (Mail screenshot attached).                                   Rent payment amount not credited to landlord

                                  I did a rent payment transaction (token amount) worth Rs.25000 on 2nd Match. The amount instantly debited from my card but on the payment page, it said 'Transaction got interrupted, either retry or change your payment method'. It neither got successful not failed nor pending. So what happened with the transaction?
