I have taken a Personal Loan from Cred App and foreclosed the Loan within 2.5 months by paying the amount in full. Cred App acknowledged the receipt of Foreclosure over mail on 01/09/2021 but till date they have not closed my loan on systems (Mail screenshot attached). Made transaction on 23rd Feb 2022 for my HDFC CC payment of Rs 22894/- for the order ID : VQ3JLP31N2RV. through CRED
I got message : 'Transaction failed' but when i check my account, the said amount is also debited from my account. Even after sharing all bank statement to CRED support, they are still not reverting back the money to the original source even after 3 working days.
Please help in sorting this serious issue....
