I have applied for a loan on 9 Feb 2022 on CRED app, it’s supposed to be an “instant loan” but they mentioned it’ll be sanctioned within 3 hours, when I reached out to customer care after three hours they extended the service time lines and said 24 hours, now it’s third day and I haven’t received any amount. App shows that the amount is sanctioned, and gave a UTR number and asked me to reach out to the bank, I didn’t that (even in this pandemic situation) I risked my life and went to bank only to realize that the bank cannot do anything unless the amount is credited. But there’s no amount credited in my account. There’s no customer care department to talk to, only automated chat bots, which repeats irrelevant messages. It’s very frustrating!! Such a bad customer care service, I’m getting suspicious if this is a fraud company as they do not even have a customer care number.
