My payment is struck for more than a week and they’ve only taken a complaint but not replied to me at all. I have only recieved a computerised mail. There’s no reply or action taken by them. CRED complaint Id #2945845

            Last transaction through CRED app is Rs 3177 credited in credit card but my bank account statements showing Rs 4376 debited. Why?

                    Hello Team,

                    I just used CRED app for making my HDFC credit card payment and 47, 340/- INR amount is debited from my bank account and it is not been credited yet to my credit card, here is the transaction reference number "1Y2EQPN163"

                    Please I humbly request to check and process my payment quick or update me the challenge faced..
                    I am confused yet as to why payment is debited but not processed yet...?

                    Also, I dont have any contact details of customer service which is making me panic...

                      Had a worst experience from CRED.
                      For the last 2 months due amount that CRED was fetching was wrong, I payed the amount that they were showing. when the due date comes the automated withdrawal works and bounce the full amount. I'm trying to convince the issue and the customer service is very bad.

                      This will affect my credit score because of the insufficient balance bounce.

                      They do all kind of notification but they don't have the notification for the customer service, need to go every day and check whether they have replied or not. note: they only replay once a day.

                      This months due amount is also wrong and it's a fail job of convincing them.

                                    Repayment of loan failed

                                    I took loan from cred cash of Rs 2500/- in July 2021. Which was suppose to Repay in August 2021. But when I tried repayment I got error. And i was not able to proceed with my payment. For this issue I wrote an email to cred. On which I got a reply from cred that they are working on it. I followed up multiple times with the Cred team but resolution. In November I got a call from cred team for due payment and then they offer me to pay Via IDFC...
