when i's complaint they give me UTR no, and when i personally checked with bank with UTR provide by CRED, Bank reply me there's "no record found "...

Hi Team,

I had recieved an Cred cash pre-approved loan of 3, 35, 000 in which i had used a loan of Rs.1, 62, 400 on 21-Oct, 2021 and on 29-Nov-2021 i had paid all the dues as displayed forclosure amount Rs.1, 64, 410. But still the payment has not been reflected in there system and due to this my cibil score got hit badly also there are bounce charges displayed in CIBIL report.
