                            If payment as failed and amount as been debited from my account, then what is rocket science behind refunding immediate to my account, I am presently shouting no body is helping me, why you requires 3 days time, and helping me with money, it is my money I need refund know, if is not refunded now it will be diaster in social media for cred you wanna see, how you keeping people money for 3 days for unknown reason.

                              13 January I made payment of RS. 50000 towards my icic credit card ending with 4000, payment as been failed and amount as been debited from my account, it did not reach reache to reciever bank, or not credit to my account, nd when complain they asking me to wait for 3days, which is not necessary for refunding my failed amount to my account. Please look into this and solve this issue, financial institutions will cause me late payment fees towards credit card, issue which is not happen from my end, why should I pay for this.

                              Updated by malikhammad                               If your app doesn't have option immediate refund then why people showing adds to install, amount as to be refund immediate. You have time know to solve my issue or else consumer court will be penalty towards your company, if it send after three days then please pay late fees, plus interest of amount.

                                    I would like to inform you that I had made a payment towards my SBI Credit Card through CRED App with an Amount of Rs. 9211/- on 03 January 2022 with Order ID-XR56990D22.
                                    CRED informed me that your payment towards SBI Credit Card successful and it will reflect in your Credit Card payment status by 05 January 2022 . But still my SBI Credit Card payment statement pending. I informed CRED team 2-3 times at there official chat section, but they are simply making accuses and tell me they are working on it and call me earliest by resolved issue. Today 09 January 2022 CRED already 04 days late towards my payment and simply doing my mentally harrassment . Please take an appropriate action against Cred App and mentally harrassment claim Rs.19000/-.
