Payment not credited in the credit card

Hi,

This is Nemish Mahendra, I have made the credit card payment of Rs. 46119.69 on 27-July-21. The Order ID is V119YV64ZE5Z and UTR is[protected].

The payment is not yet credited in the credit card and bank is charging penalty every day. It's a Indusind bank credit card and the last 4 digit is 5006.

    I HAVE paid the credit card bill on 4th July it was hdfc bank credit card
    in the cred app it shows successful but still the amount is not reflected to my card so please refund TO MY ORIGINAL source

      I have a transaction of Rs.10000 to sbi credit card using CRED app and amount is debited from my account but on CRED app it shows as failed transaction. I contacted my bank and they said that the transaction is successfully done and debited, they also provided RRN of the transaction.

      I also raised the issue with CRED, they asked for bank statement, I have provided them than also their auto reply system keep asking for bank statement.

      As they don't have any customers care number I am stuck with their auto response and non refund.

        I have payment 5000/- twice at CRED for my RBL Bank Credit Card on 19th June 2021. But till today I have not getting back mt refund after promise by CRED officer.
        Same thing has happened with me.

        Their auto response system is in delay tactics.

          Cred is taking valuable information of credit and debit cards and when we pay through cred we get coins to buy rewards. They are luring users with coins and they are providing rewards where we can't pay with full coins to buy them instead we can pay only few coins and rest we need to pay from our pocket again
          This way they are exploiting users with business strategies by taking important information like our transactions etc.

            I was signing up on cred and it asked me to enter email id and gave an option to tick whether i need to enable WhatsApp communication. It was not allowing me to go further and complete the sign up without giving it permission to enable WhatsApp communication. I was made forcefully accept the check box in order to complete the sign up. Later I received a message on WhatsApp that I have enabled the WhatsApp communication. I want to complaint...

            Hi Team
            I have made my credit payment of INR 5000 from cred. My money got deducted from account and it is not reflecting in credit card statement. I am doing continous follow up with cred but they are not replying. Please help as late penalty charges are charged in my ICICI credit card.During this corona time, i have very limited money in account with many dependents at my home.
            Please take a strict action CRED and help me to get refund of my money.

                            On 1st Feb, 2021 I have done a transaction of Rs 125315/-via Cred app towards my HDFC credit card bill payment using Sbi internet banking facility. My Sbi bank account got debited after authorisation over OTP.
                            But the same time I got another message from Cred app that "payment of ₹ 1, 25, 315.00 for your HDFC Bank credit card 5523-65XX-XXXX-6773 failed. Any amount, if debited from your account and received by CRED, will be refunded. Order id is K9EXP21VNK".
                            But still i have not received my refund. I have requested cred many times that on 6th Feb I ll getting charged for late payment & finance charges that is going to be appx 8k. But they only reply it will take 7 working days.. In that case I ll loose my credibility in Hdfc bank I have never been late to my bill payment.
                            Who ll bear these charges. Cred app should take the responsibility.please get me out of this..why refund takes so much time... I also wanna know the reason why my payment get failed. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

                              Hi. I have been using CRED to pay my credit card bills and recently they shifted all the UPI transactions to their own CRED UPI. I had to make two transactions on 23rd Nov because the first transactions did not go through - amount of INR 10000 was debited from HDFC Account but it showed transaction has failed. CRED itself acknowledged receiving the amount twice but the same transaction hasn't been received until now. As I write this today on 2nd December, I have tried to reach CRED customer care 4 times and I have been writing to them since 23rd Nov on daily basis; but all my mail and complaints are turning futile because there has been no response from their customer support team. I raised a complaint to HDFC Bank too but I am unable to understand the status of the same.
