I have made payment in my Axis Bank credit Credit card (No - [protected] )and Rs 47000 on 08 May 21 through cred application but same is not reflecting in Credit card payment . My card no is : 5305
. Please confirm the status of payment and update in system

Hi i manoj vaity tried make my credit card payment money deducted from my account but payment not done its showing failed now and no reply from their side what should i do please take some against cred app its a fraud

I have paid Rs. 21250 to HDFC credit card bill through CRED application but amount not credited in my credit card.

Same amount has been debuted from my bank account but still my credit card not showing that amount I need my refund

On 1st Feb, 2021 I have done a transaction of Rs 125315/-via Cred app towards my HDFC credit card bill payment using Sbi internet banking facility. My Sbi bank account got debited after authorisation over OTP.
But the same time I got another message from Cred app that "payment of ₹ 1, 25, 315.00 for your HDFC Bank credit card 5523-65XX-XXXX-6773 failed. Any amount, if debited from your account and received by CRED, will be refunded. Order id is K9EXP21VNK".
But still i have not received my refund. I have requested cred many times that on 6th Feb I ll getting charged for late payment & finance charges that is going to be appx 8k. But they only reply it will take 7 working days.. In that case I ll loose my credibility in Hdfc bank I have never been late to my bill payment.
Who ll bear these charges. Cred app should take the responsibility.please get me out of this..why refund takes so much time... I also wanna know the reason why my payment get failed. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

Hi. I have been using CRED to pay my credit card bills and recently they shifted all the UPI transactions to their own CRED UPI. I had to make two transactions on 23rd Nov because the first transactions did not go through - amount of INR 10000 was debited from HDFC Account but it showed transaction has failed. CRED itself acknowledged receiving the amount twice but the same transaction hasn't been received until now. As I write this today on 2nd December, I have tried to reach CRED customer care 4 times and I have been writing to them since 23rd Nov on daily basis; but all my mail and complaints are turning futile because there has been no response from their customer support team. I raised a complaint to HDFC Bank too but I am unable to understand the status of the same.

My credit card 9533 payment failed 1000.rs agust 3. abhi Tak refund nahi hua . Maine email bhi kiya koi Ripley nahi aaya cred app se. Please help me

I have not received my refund for my failed order id l7dz6nwwdk. I have paid rs.52395 to my hdfc bank card ending with 5519 on 05/03/2020 but till 17/03/2020 neither credited to my card not refund to me. I am in depression about this because this amount is very big for me . I am a not a rich men. I have contacted many many times on mail but not received any proper resolution yet . Their is no any call center to talk company representative.

Kindly help me to get my refund .

The issue: i made my credit card payment on cred for the first time, and the amount has been deducted on 3rd of march from my account, but the payment has not reflected on my credit card even after 6-7 days, cred gave me wrong information that the bank confirmed the amount but i have confirmed with the bank from my end and there is no payment received in that 5-6 days, after long wait i received my amount back in my account, but because of cred bank charged me 5600 rs as late fees, daily 18% of base amount charge in that 6 days. I have got extra bill of 8500, which is just because of cred.

I work hard to maintain cibil score and pay all the bills before the timeline but this time everything vanished by cred. I request all 8500 inr from cred as late fee charges applied on me.

I have made a transaction in cred app to pay my credit card bill on[protected] and the transaction reference number is[protected]. But money has not been credited to my credit card and in the cred application still it is showing it as payment due. When i contact the customer care of cred they are saying we are investigating on this and asking me wait for sometime. My credit card
Payment due date is very near and if i ask them for the refund of money they gave few steps to be followed in application but those options are not available in the application. Their customer support is very bad.

I have paid sbi credit card bill of 15321 on cred on 9 aug 2019. My due date was 9 aug. Still it showing pending on cred app. First they said it will credited up to 11 aug. Now saying up to 13 aug. Now who r going to pay late fees and interest which r going to charge by sbi card in next bill. Cred is responsible for that. My transaction id is
