    I’m paying my tution fees they deduct money then say we could not transfers the money in beniguvery account money will b refunded in 7 working days who will bear the late fees and they don’t allow kid to sit in classes for the same last time also they did same it’s third or 4 time issue one time u could not send money to credit card i loose 5000 for ur mistake no revert no apology no calls no feedback pathetic company behaviour now a days it’s turning worst experience with cred n deeamplug

      Dear team

      It's very unfortunate that last 14 days after so many requests no one wants to resolve my issue, so many customer care executive call me but no one gives me any solution.

      Today one customer care executive Mr Rahul call me and try to establish nothing happened and all problem from customer side and without any solution continuously argument with me also irritating me.

      My request to everyone being a regular customer I'm extremely unhappy about this service.
      1000 RS not very big issue but I'm cheated by few people casual attitude from your team.

      Need senior intervention regarding this matter otherwise they people cheated others also.

        I have made a payment of RS.24611.15 on CRED towards my HDFC credit card bill on Aug 21st. Payment status is reflecting as successful, however HDFC Bank confirmed that they didn't received the payment from CRED. I have already raised concern over the transaction on CRED app on Aug 23rd. There is no response till date. Also provided the required statements that transaction was not done towards my HDFC credit card.

          While paying my HDFC credit card dues (Rs. 38270) through cred by paytm, the amount was deducted from the paytm account but it was not credited to the HDFC credit card account. Hence my dues was not cleared.

          Please look into this matter and provide with the refund ASAP, as I ve tried to contact HDFC and PAYTM and CRED for this but I have not got any positive response.

            CRED Cash money not received

            I have made withdrawal of Rs.240000 from CRED CASH at 09:50 on 08/08/2023.

            They show "Get money within 55 seconds" but after more than 50 hours (2 days) money not received in my account.

            They have no customer care number where I can talk.
            They closed my query status without my acknowledgement.

            Also they send me email stating that CRED CASH withdrawal is successful and deposited in your bank...

            I have taken cred cash of 30000/- on 5th Aug. As it was mentioned as cash will be credited within 5-6 hrs., it is still not yet credited into my account.
            Also raised a ticket for the query but of no use. No Cred customer support contacted me, and they are charging the interest as well from the day of approval.
            They have sent me an email that amount has been credited whereas no amount got credited into my account.

              I have a SBI autopay setup with the loan(CRED loan) EMI of 2353 for the august 2023.
              The amount got debited from my account and credited to CredClub1. in the early hours of August 5th 2023. Now still App showing as Overdue and getting messages as you will be marked as a defaulter in CIBIL because o[censored]npaid CRED cash EMI. There is no proper communication channel to get in contact to them.

              I request you to take necessary action on CRED services and expecting compensation for penalties and also affecting CIBIL score as well as refund or pay bill to the providers.

              Kindly do needful and thanks in advance.

                    2. IDFC FIRST BANK LOAN (Masiuddin Hassan) Rs. 2841 overdue

                    These both are not my accounts, and i am not concerned with them.

                      I received notification from CRED APP saying the due amount of INR 1969.34 has to be paid for July statment. Hence I trusted and paid it on 31st of July 23 at 12:20am the due amount which is pertains some unknown name as POTHIRAJA(policy number[protected]. I really frustrated the service provided by CRED and I need my fund back to my account. Also need to know how come someone else policy number shown in my notification. Request to check and take action immediately. Enclosed herewith my details.

                        DATE: 22 July 2023
                        Issue: Credit Card (ending -4414) Payment Failed while paying via CRED APP.
                        I have initiated the transaction of 3, 74, 944.31 for order id - 16LVPDNQVV4R
                        In which the transaction failed and the amount needs to refund ASAP.

                        There's no contact number to call and check for status.

                        We have only email support, I have provided all the details but there's no response.

                        Cred Didn't respond to me on time, after submitting the consumer complaint, I submitted all the required documents and this is clearly irresponsible work from the CRED team and their response.                           Hi Cred Team,

                          Regarding the loan account number 79534583 and the amount I borrowed from you, I have received a legal notice from IDFC Bank. I don't understand why this is happening when I have already paid the full amount. I am extremely stressed due to this situation caused by the Cred app. It is your responsibility to close my account after receiving payment, but it is still open, and I am receiving legal notices from IDFC Bank. I urge you to investigate and close the account immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action and approach the consumer court to resolve this issue.

                          As discussed over the call, kindly check the attached WhatsApp chat screenshot for your reference. I am receiving calls from IDFC Bank, stating that I haven't completed the loan. They are requesting an additional payment of 12, 000 INR to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Please verify this with IDFC Bank and resolve the issue. I request you to provide me with the NOC from your side. I am losing interest on Cred due to this problem with the loan and payment. It is essential to address this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible without impacting my CIBIL score. The bank representative mentioned that if I don't make the payment, my CIBIL score will be affected. Please investigate this and resolve it immediately. I just received a message from Senthil at IDFC Bank, and his number is +91 [protected]. He is instructing me to make the payment to this UPI ID: 79534583.[protected]@idfcbank and send a screenshot. I kindly request you to call and speak to him, informing him that I have already made the payment and completed the foreclosure for this loan account.

                              I would like to inform you that the old account with my old mobile number ([protected]) has already been made inactive against my request to the sim service provider due to some suspected calls around two years back.
                              Old mobile number is linked with hasmukh.[protected]@gmail.com and new mobile number is also linked with hasmukh.[protected]@gmail.com.

                              I already stopped the CRED transaction with my old number from that period.
                              I opened new account at CRED with same gamail id with new contact number - [protected]
                              I request you to merge my old account with this new mobile number registered at your end.
                              I am regular user of CRED since long back.

                              Help me to that I can retrieve my CRED coins and any special offer/award pending with old CRED account with old mobile number

                              Whenever I am trying to login CRED with old mobile number, OTP is going to same old number which is not active with any of the user., so I am not going to open my old account and transfer the same to my new account account with new number...

                                  I have paid HDFC bank credit card payment on 4th July, till 6th July the payment is not credited, so many times contacted support, but there is no response yet, I am getting reminders from bank as well as bank has blocked that much money, due to which other EMI got bounced.
