I paid my emi through cred on[protected] but don't know why the bank deducted the money again on[protected] i request either of the company to reflect the payment with any transaction charges GST or any hidden charges...

I have linked my card on Cred application since last 2 years But now I have been cheated, on 15th February 2023, Rs 1003.5 has been debited from my card Aur 19 march 2023 456 rupaye has been deducted card ending 4 digt number 6471 my mobile number is [protected]...

I have done recharge but my recharge is not done yet...

I have recharged for a year and still not rechrged my plan, but money got deducted...

Bitterly accused CRED App due to its failed payments when my amount has been debited from my account and Credit card did not receive any payments through this App even after a week and even longer time and still now I am fighting for that.

The payment of Rs. 6, 506.59 with order id "J53V3L61Y9Q" has already been posted towards your HDFC Bank Credit card ending with 9451, successfully on 9 Jan '23 with the UTR "[protected]"br...

My credit card bill's payment date was 26th Feb. I was traveling outstation and due to network issue i could not i was unable to make payment. The payment was made few mins later to 26th. That's 27th at around 00:02 mins. I received a confirmation that the payment was successful and got the cred coins to redeem. I redeem those points and got some cash back. As this is how it normally works, i was under impression that the payment was successful...

Hi, Maine 1 March ko cred se electricity bill paid Kiya tha wo failed hua lekin aj 18 days ho Gaye abhi Tak refund nahi hua. Maine cred 4 din pahle contact Kiya Uno ne bank statement share karne ko bola Maine wo bhi Kiya lekin abhi tak refund received nahi hua....

I made a transaction with cred UPI which is not showing up in the app and the transaction has not reached merchant...

I have done 2 times payment but not settled in my loan on card...

I make my Rbl credit card payment three times from cred app.In cred app payment successful and amount also deduct from my bank account.But In my Rbl credit card account amount not reached till date from cred.So I got daily message for outstanding amount.But already I paid by cred that ammount ....

I have made a payment of Rs.1851 on 2nd March 2023 to icici bank card with last digit 9008 through icici bank imobile app.
Till now it has not been credited to my credit card, i have informed the bank regarding the same but they refused to receive the payment.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible .

I m doing a payment of my credit at 1 March but the payment is not received my bank also payment deducted my payment in my bank account and how I get my money back instantly..and who gave the panelty charges if my payment delayed...

I took Loan from CRED application is last year 2022, loan amount 200000 total loan Emis 36, I paid 11 Emis but my February 2023 month emi overdue due to my financial condition, Cred executives Harrassing me for payment and also they hack my contact list and harrassing my family members....

Credit payemt done on feb 24 2023 transaction failed amount was to refunded to account within 1st march but still not credited.there is no email or phone number mentioned to contact.the app asked to upload bank statement, but always says something went wrong.dont know what next.

I have been facing a lot of issues with CRED application from the last 5 months. Numerous complaints have been raised but no resolution provided. Each and everytime some or the other person calls from Cred and asks for sending screenshot or screen recordings but despite sending the same no resolution is ever provided. The issue tickets that are raised are closed each and everytime stating issue resolved but in reality no resoltions are provided....

As per our today discussion with Icici Bank regarding my credit card payment deducted from my account . My Payment is deducted through CRED IN for rupees of 7081.75 rupees ..

The entry in my statement of Credit card named of Dreamplug technologies Bangalore IN of 7081.75

Kindly please my amount refunded in to ICICI Bank credit cardbr...
