Dear Cred, I have reached out on insta and all the cred app. Issued an complain about a referral. I was suppose to get my referral monies but nothing has happened. I referred my friend who also made payment after activating the link in from of me. But i havent gotten my referral monies yet. Can this be looked into.

    TICKET NO.[protected] Paid 49000 via Rent Payment and still not refunded and not reached the landlord's account
    Please help me resolve my issue. I have raised a ticked regarding my issue and support team is not responding since last 6 days. Its been more than 10 days and my amount is not refunded yet.

    I have made a payment on 21th April of 49000 via Rent payment method but it didn't reach the landlord's account and Not even refunded to me.

    literally the worst consumar care experience I am having.

              Payment made on 15th March via cred is still not received in my ICICI Bank credit card ending with 5007. Provided all the details to ICICI Bank they checked and reverted back that they have still not received any payment still cred is not doing refund neither taking any action on this issue to resolve.

                Got Changed 24,559.98 Penalty from ICICI Bank Due to Cred App Issue

                Hi Team,

                The issue is very simple, If the Cred app had shown me the correct amount due (i.e.₹ 2, 75, 974) for the February statement instead of the incorrect amount (i.e. ₹2, 05, 974), I would have paid my entire bill.

                I trusted the Cred app and paid the incorrect due amount (i.e. Rs. 2, 05, 974) for Feb.

                Please escalate this issue to higher management so that the extra charges(i.e.₹20,...

                  I made a payment on 4th April with rent payment method of Cred. But it took 2 days to confirm the payment and when it got confirmed unfortunately lanlord's UPI Id's was deactivated. So money didn't reached lanlord's account. and it didn't refunded to me as well.

                  TICKET NO. -- 8544121

                  I have raised a ticket with Cred support team as well but they are not responding since last 3 days.

                  I even mailed them on their complaint mail id but they closed that ticket without any discussion with me.
                  Please look into this issue. This is literally the worst customer service I have seen.

                    my case flow chart as following
                    i was done order by cred app for smart watch

                        Hi,

                        This is regarding cred application. I have made payment through cred app. But even after 7 days of payment its not reflecting on my bank . they shared wrong UTR number with me . as I have asked to bank they denied about this transection. So please fo not use cred application to make payment . they always make a false reply . or they even not respond once you raise a complaint or issue on the app.

                            I paid my emi through cred on[protected] but don't know why the bank deducted the money again on[protected] i request either of the company to reflect the payment with any transaction charges GST or any hidden charges

                              I have linked my card on Cred application since last 2 years But now I have been cheated, on 15th February 2023, Rs 1003.5 has been debited from my card Aur 19 march 2023 456 rupaye has been deducted card ending 4 digt number 6471 my mobile number is [protected]

                              have applied loan from CRED app and show showing you have active loan, but the money is not credited. I have done so many follow ups but not good response

                                    Bitterly accused CRED App due to its failed payments when my amount has been debited from my account and Credit card did not receive any payments through this App even after a week and even longer time and still now I am fighting for that.

                                    The payment of Rs. 6, 506.59 with order id "J53V3L61Y9Q" has already been posted towards your HDFC Bank Credit card ending with 9451, successfully on 9 Jan '23 with the UTR "[protected]"

                                    Without knowing the 16 numbers of the credit card they have posted my amount to some other cards and asking to me to call hdfc customer care.

                                    They have not even made 1 Rupee check and simply received amount from me and sent message that they have paid, but hdfc bank not confirming from their side that the payment received and asking the the card number which the amount paid in which hdfc banck also not mentioned the number clearly.

                                      My credit card bill's payment date was 26th Feb. I was traveling outstation and due to network issue i could not i was unable to make payment. The payment was made few mins later to 26th. That's 27th at around 00:02 mins. I received a confirmation that the payment was successful and got the cred coins to redeem. I redeem those points and got some cash back. As this is how it normally works, i was under impression that the payment was successful but on 4 March I got a call from ICICI that the payment is pending and when I check CRED account, it showed transaction failed. The new bill had late payment charges and intrest charges which (Rs 7229) late payment 1200; interest 4924; rest taxes.

                                      As the payment was late I am ready to bear late payment charges of 1200 but I requested CRED to refund interest which they denied and everytime i follow up they say the same thing that my payment was delayed.
