Cred (dreamplug Technologies Private Limited) — Amount not credited in beneficiary's account

I had initiated transaction of Rs.3000/- through CRED app using Gpay QR code provided by vendor Shinde Furniture Satara on 11/07/2024 at 4:38 pm. The amount debited from my ICICI bank immediately, but CRED app shown that transaction processing for next two days. After when CRED app shown transaction successful, I contacted vendor, but amount was not credited in his HDCF banks account.

Everybody (ICICI bank, HDFC Bank & CRED app) is pointing fingers at each other.
