As per our today discussion with Sbi Bank regarding my credit card payment deducted from my account . My Payment is deducted through CRED IN for rupees of 27419 and 20310 rupees ..
The entry in my statement of Credit card named of Dreamplug technologies Bangalore IN of 27419 and 20310.
Today your mail id received from google.
Incident Details
1. Date on 4/11/2021 - amount of 27419.
2.Date on 11/11/2021 - amount of 20310.

Kindly please my amount refunded in to my sbi credit card.
One call come from SBI credit card Agent on 4/11/2021 at he tell me new credit card apply he send OTP i have give OTP and my amount 27419 deducted from my credit card. and 2nd transaction deductef at 11/11-2021 rupees of 20310, sbi agent says to me that your new card is arrived at yout home but still not coming any card or any details from agent, now agent is not pickup my call no ans from his side, i can show you in screen shot.
please help us for resolution as soon as possible.
