Cred User — Cred Cash

I opted for Cred Cash and while selecting the Insurance amount and final premium credit their were no Insurance charges mentioned in the entire transaction apart from Interest Percentage and Processing fee, however post withdrawal and Insurance was imposed in my account without my consent and when I foreclosed the same they are denying for refund, customer support does not know the process and has shared first email stating you can opt for cancellation, Immediately please ignore my previous email you can cancel if the loan amount is under 25% of full amount, then in minutes third email please ignore you can't cancel you don't have any active loan, complete cheaters, without consent they impose any thing in backend and if you don't check you don't even know what you are paying as small amount difference in premium don't strike but companies like this make money out of it shame on CRED and Specially the kind of support team that you run. I will definitely strongly tell my friends and family not to use cred and share this to their friends and family also and all users reading this please be careful and keep checking on them don't know when they you also get cheated the same way as offers come people tend to forget this minute tricks that they opt for.
