Hi Team

I have had an issue with my Bank Punjab National Bank. They have deducted 31, 000 from my Salary account as charges for E-Mandate for over a year.

The Bank has not notified me of any failed payments which do not show on the Statement. I have raised this dispute.

Due to bank issue, I am unable to pay my Loan with Creditt. I have humbly explained my situation and asked for an Extension of the Loan.

As per their Customer service it is a monthly Term Loan, which is against the Terms and Conditions of the Reserve Bank of India. Due to issues I am not refusing to pay the loan taken, however I am requesting for the Loan to be re-paid over a period of time, as this company will not give me any more loan.

I am unble to pay Rs. 30, 000 and interest, plus late fee payment at one go. I will request you to please intervene and help.
