[Resolved]  HDFC Bank / Credit Card Department — use of bad language without even allow me to speak.

A person with contact numbers [protected] and66219091 has been giving call on 28.8.2013 and use language which is not good.me I already very distuirbed with my sons injuries.ok I put cheaque but it got misplaced but I am the one to pay charges and all, but this does not give any right to this guy to talk as if I have done some sort of crime .
Do you approve of such use of languge in your department.earlier I give him details also evrn then he said words like , I have seen people like me who cant afford luxries but they do at the mercy of your bank.plesase check his mobile also as I told him that I am coming for my details after calling but then also he avoided then Miss Geeta came there but of no help.please I request avoid people who have bad language.
Please take appropriate action he has no right to use foul and bad words.i hope you will pay attention to this .
