Credit Muga — Loan repayment

I had received a message in my WhatsApp that I have to pay, 3000. I was not aware of this I dint get any message or call regarding this loan. So he shared the link to open the app and it was showing i have to pay 3000. So i checked my account statement did any amount got credited to my account and it was showing 1600 got credited. But he asked me to pay 3000 so that i refused to pay
