Extremely disappointing experience. I have been waiting for my refund for more than a month despite multiple follow-ups. I was informed that the refund had been processed on 14 May, but the amount was never credited to my account. I provided my bank statements and all requested proof, yet I continue to receive delays and no clear resolution.
What is most frustrating is the lack of communication. After submitting evidence that the refund was not received, I waited several more days without any meaningful response. Customers are expected to make payments on time and are charged penalties for delays, but when it comes to refunding customers, the same urgency appears to be missing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their refund process and customer support so that other customers do not have to go through the same situation. Was this information helpful? |
