I would like to file a complaint regarding continuous harassment calls from loan recovery agents concerning a person named Wilson Shouraj.
I do not know this person and have never given permission to use my mobile number as a reference, guarantor, or contact for any loan application.
Despite informing the callers multiple times that I am unrelated to the borrower, I continue to receive repeated calls and messages from different numbers, causing mental harassment and disturbance.
It appears that my mobile number has been misused without my consent. I request the authorities to investigate:
How my number was added to the loan records
The identity and details of the borrower Wilson Shouraj
The conduct of the recovery agents and companies involved
I also request necessary action against the concerned individuals/entities and immediate removal of my number from all associated loan records.
