Tell me about it. :( I have purchased an used fzs from them. Now, the shop is closed and if we call them, they use very rough behavior and disconnect my call too. Although in my case, the company head office is picking up my call, they are just answering that they are trying and they don't know exactly when they will give us our documents. If I had known this would turn so ugly, I would have preferred a new bike itself. Let's leave the quality of the bike they sold, if they would just return our documents asap, we can immediately resell it and get rid of these daily tensions. Also, I hear that there are more then 50 - 100 people more like us. We can now only pray!
