Credr had option for home delivery of the bike due to covid situation.
I paid them 26500 for an Suzuki Access bike and scheduled the time for delivery.
But they did not give any response during the delivery time
After roaming around their offices they said the bike I chose is sold out.
They will refund me the amount.
It's been more than 30days, they have not refund me the money.
I keep calling their customer care they keep assuring that they will refund the money but no update.
I have sent at least 10+ email to their customer care they are not even responding.
