Hello,
I have purchased bike from credr pune on august 30, 2017.
I have submitted my documents for paper transfer process on the same day and still no process has been done.
They are telling me that due to non-cooperation from the franchise they are not able to transfer the papers.
I have been chasing them on the email & phone about the situation and they are assuring me that it is under process and everytime they are asking me for 1-2 months to wait.
Now they have stopped replying to my e-mails and give me an excuses that our executives are busy.
Already i told them that please transfer ownership of the bike or else give my money back and last i have given another option that at least give me an original documents of bike so that i can do the remaining process on my own.
Credr is really a fraud company. Team, please help asap. Was this information helpful? |
