Updated by Kiran EP I am writing this review based on my extremely frustrating experience with Credvent regarding a loan application for my wife.
Their agents, Mr. Sagar and his senior Mr. Ramesh, clearly told us multiple times that the loan was approved and would be disbursed shortly. Based on their confirmation, we submitted all required documents.
However, after several follow-ups, they suddenly changed their statement and asked for a non-NRI guarantor, which clearly means the loan was never actually approved as they claimed. Still, we arranged the guarantor and submitted everything exactly as requested.
Once again, they changed the story and avoided giving any proper update. They refused to provide:
The official sanction/approval letter
The UTR number
Any written confirmation of their claims
Their behaviour was misleading, unprofessional, and caused unnecessary stress. I have complete chats, screenshots, and call logs proving how they kept changing their statements.
A loan company should be transparent, honest, and trustworthy—sadly, my experience with Credvent was the opposite.
