Cesecendo is a transcription company giving work saying 400rs per hour audio. 30mnis video it will take 8-10hrs for new transcriptionist. Even if you work two days pay is only 400rs is what told to me. Even confirmed one day i have been given 30mins audio is it 200 or 400. I was informed 400.When requested for payment of three videos they said it is only 6rs per minute and will paid according to the minute. I didnt say anything just requested them to be clear next time while telling the details of payment, chandan from the crescendo team speaking so rudely, badly and cheaply.

More than pay they dont give respect to females, we will be ending up losing our self respect.

They have employees like this who dont know how to speak to a female employees.
