There is still no positive response from croma. The official who called gave the same reply that the part is not available and the work cannot be done. It is nearly a month and it is sad that a big company like croma is giving such lame reply. Is it because my product is in warranty? I[censored] cannot get the part replace my washing machine or give me back my money.
In case the part is not available please give me some replacement machine which I can use for the time being
