I purchased an AC Make Panasonic with Zip care 4yrs Unlimited Warranty, Invoice Date June 2023. On date 07/06/25, registered a complaint with customer care, Request No. 08523770 for the servicing and cooling issue.
Till today, 10/06/2026, did not receive any response from the service provider. Even got a mail from Croma customer care and they want more time.
In this peak season my family is suffering and nobody wants to take any response.
I request everybody on this platform to take a lesson with my experience. Dear all if you are going to choose Croma, you will be next fool like me.
