[Resolved]  Cross Roads India Assistance Private Limited — Fraudulent calls for renewal even when the valid subscription for 1 year remaining

This company is a fraudulent company. It has the practice of calling customers for renewal soon after the subscription has been renewed for 2 years. Today (08.09.2021) i received a call from mobile no.[protected] who told me that my subscription has expierd and asked me to renew the subscription. When i asked him to check the records, he confirmed that m i had taken 2 years subscription in 2020 and the same is valid upto 2022. When i asked him that why there is a call for renewal from cross roads almost daily as my subscription has expired, he became rude.
Some one needs to take action against this company and it's rude staff.
