Crossloop — pathetic service

I ordered a headphone with a year warranty. These headphones are just local duplicate apple headphones, wrapped up in the embroidery & they call it as a designer headphones. After 5 months, the embroidery of the headphones started loosing up. When i contacted them for replacement they started saying it's not under warranty as per their t&c's. As per their t &c's they have not mentioned anything about the loosing of the embroidery. While buying they advertise saying you can use this roughly & while claiming warranty they say it's wear n tear by rough use. That is so pathetic service & even their customer service don't have manners to talk to their customers.
