I placed and order from crossword bookstores online site. The products were promised to be delivered within 5 day time or days isnt the issue issue is they are not even processing the order its status is just confirmed since 7 days only one book is delivered to me till now after all this they are so bad at their customer service i have mailed them to update me on there both mails mention on the site calling on the phone no since 3-4 days atleast 20 times in a day the dont respond whatever i do they must update whats the reason whats happening with my order how are they running such a large bookstore i am scared if i loose my money they are not responding in any medium i try to connect with them there must be strict action againt this type of service i think.
