Crossword Bookstores — Payment done but purchase not placed

I tried to purchase a book from crossword bookstores official site -www.crossword.in/ on 9th march 2016. The payment was done from my side but the purchase failed. I just got a message that there was some problem in transaction. I mailed them about the same on the same day but just got an automated reply and nothing from the authorities. I tried their customer care no. But was unsuccessful.
