Sir...actually I joined this company on July 2014, but from then on to January 2015, they were providing salary in petty cash..they didn't provide any letter...now there is no proof of what I have worked for 6 months...on January 3 people joined...during that time the company provided letter through contract...Girls took 15 days of holiday..and they didn't cut any salary...but if we ask for one day leave...they will talk all kinds of rules and also cut salary if leave taken...No company ID card is given to us...No letter..No uniform...
