Received call from Crown holiday.in - executive name sapana(12.30 p.m today i.e. 28.03.2018) to avail the benefit of happy hour scheme by which after payment of Rs. 10k, benefit will be 3 nights/four days stay in 3 to five star hotels. Again offer the benefit of 50% cash back in paytm wallet with free apple ipad free.
I have paid the amount and called received from dispatch section Mr. Satish([protected] ) that scheme is upgraded and payment of Rs. 10 K further require to extend the benefit from 3 night /four days stay to 6 night /7 day stay and Dell leptop free. Without availing the offer first amount will also be forfeited. They compelled me to pay the amount hence I paid again 10k.
Now again they asked to pay GST (18%) and logistic charges (5%) of appox. 20k to dispatch the goods and voucher out of which GST is refundable basis . As per law GST refund is not possible hence this activity is fraudulent.
When I asked to refund the amount they refused to do so

This is exactly the same sequence of events which I have been encountering since 26.03.2018. Somebody by the name of ritesh, Abhay & Sharma(Team leader) called & asked me to make a payment of rs.10000 which had a clause of 50% cash back. once I made the payment, they told me that there is a combo offer as well where I get to win Dell laptop for which I need to make a payment of another 10000 rs. which I refused. Post this somebody by the name of Gautam has been following up & making multiple false claims. They took an entire day on Tuesday & called me back on Wednesday ie 28.03.2018 to confirm that their bosses have agreed to cancel the combo offer for me. But I need to pay the GST & logistics charges of 23% which is about 10600 rsrs. since this is a free gift I had to bear this cost. I made a IMPS money transfer of 10600 to an kotak account with the name of Subhash kumar on 28.03.2018.
Somebody called Yogesh who he claims is from the channel partner team called & asked me to make another payment of 6900 towards insurance of the product. After lot of deliberation( since they didn't agree to refund my 20500 rs), I had to transfer another rs. 6900 yesterday ie on 29.03.2018.
As soon as I made the payment, Yogesh & Gautam mailed & called me again saying that the Ipad mini4 which was offered as a free gift is out of stock & they will offer me ipad pro. Now they again called to ask for a payment of another 13000 rs which I have refused to pay.
This is outrageous cheating.
I have asked for an entire refund of rs. 28000 which I have paid.

WE have option to charge back the amount from bank. This can be done within three days of payment by intimating to bank regarding this.

Ha haan tumhare sath aisa hua hai aur tum log yaha bhi apni politics chala rhe ho, aur itni badi galti tum log itane pade likhe hone ke bad kaise kar sakte ho.
Galti tum dono ki bhi hai aur bad me prasasan ko dosh dete ho.
