Dear sir,
It is really sorry to inform you i purchased floor tiles on 03 nov from your showroom at pammi marblewala at jalandhar road kapurthala.
I was deliver the tiles box without any bill. On 07 nov i visited store for bill and exchange damaged tiles inn the packing.
Out of 25 boxes one box tiles were broken. This was noticed on 07 nov 2017.
The person in front office who introduced himself as owner, mr harsh arora, found were arrogant and proudy fellow.
When requested for exchange of tiles he refused to exchange the tiles. For bill he made excused on name of tempo driver.
This matter of great shame, person who introduced himself as owner, is so irresponsible and arrogant. He has no courtesy and misbehaved with my family as well in-front of all customers he pused us out of his store.
We had very bad experience in this store.
Kindly look into the matter. Arrange bill for tiles i had paid. I paid inr 19500 by credit card and can provide statement for your reference.
