When my son was born in July 2013, Cryobank contacted us to preserve the umbilical cord for 21 years, at a cost of INR 50, 000
We took the package and were at peace of mind. We have all the receipts and other documents. But I have been trying to contact the company now, and there is no contact on the internet, looks like the company has closed. I would like to register a case against them, not only I have lost my umbilical cord, I have also lost my money. It is a big setback for me and I won't spare these frauds .
