Cryoviva Biotech — fraud by cryoviva biotech

I have purchased stem cell banking from Cryoviva Biotech with ARN -128705 for my child. Sales Manager Mr. Rakesh Maurya sale this policy to me in Rs.43000 under which new born baby screening test and immediate mother father full body check-up is including. During registration I have paid Rs. 5000 by online transfer and for rest of the amount I gave him two post-dated cheque of Rs. 20000 and 18000 respectively. But after paying the registration fee of Rs. 5000, I didn't get the policy paper till 11 months. When I write and call to customer support of Cryoviva many times then I got the policy paper but they denied for extra benefit (new born baby screening test and immediate mother father full body check-up). Concerned person always said he will look the matter and call me back but I never got back call, so I did the first cheque bounce of Rs. 20000 for that I have paid bank charges. After that I got the call from company representative and I again told him the whole matter but he said that he terminates the policy if I did not pay the amount. After one month I got the message from Cryoviva is that my second cheque is going to present in bank then I again contacted to Cryoviva. I told the whole matter to the concerned person again and remind him that they are going to terminate my policy as they said to me in the last call so why I got the message that my cheque is going to represent in bank. He promised me that up to when the whole matter is not resolved no cheque will be present in bank but they present the cheque in bank and Rs. 18000 has been deducted from my account. After that, many times I tried to contact him but no one properly replied. Now, I want my full refund please helped me to get this.
