Dear sir/ ma'am,
I had registered with "cryoviva" in dec.'2017 for my baby's stem cell preservation, i deposited rs. 10, 000/- as advance money and submitted a post dated check of rs. 30, 000/- at the time of registration.
After registration, their representatives were not sharing any contact details of their staff for sample collection and received this information after many followups.
Now, we received a mail from "cryoviva" that less volume of blood sample is collected while their representative came for the sample collection and if he is professional than he must know how much sample need to be collected.
The registration was done with thought o[censored]sefulness in case of any unfortunate condition in baby's future but they are so unprofessional that they are giving such an excuse and playing with others future and making money. Even they are not responding on mails.
Now, i urge to take some action against "cryoviva" so that such type of fraud organisations can be banned and their fraud can be controlled for future customers.

or they are taking consent from us and keeping stem cord themselves and doing business with that by saying its not having enough collection.
I requested to give back stem cord collected, but they are saying they disposed it (god only knows what they are doing with that).
I asked for my full refund which I payed as advance[protected] advance + 4666 emi), on 25feb23, but several calls and message to cyroviva guys after 44 days I got 5000 back.
I followed up another week, then I got 4666,
today is April 21(after 67 days) still I didn't get my full amount remaining 5599, No where I saw these much delay in paying back what amount we payed.
