Crystalstore69 — took advance still not delivered the product

Crystalstore69 is a page on instagram which offers mobiles at low rates. I paid advance of rs 2500, first 1500 and again 1000 ie. 2500. They promised the delivery but after payment they switched off the phone and didn't reply my message. I have their contact[protected] [protected] but they are switched off. They are not replying me. I have attached some screenshot of the transactions.
