Csab — no refund

I have registered for csab special round. I was alloted seat i didn't accept it. The amount has not been refunded i request you to look into the matter. I need it for my further studies. I earlier had complaint in complaint board website. They took my account number and deducted ₹1000 from my bank account. After this they have not been responding.
