Dear sir my name is shalin srivastava and i am a student of first semester here at nit durgapur, west bengal. I participated in josaa and csab counselling this year (2019).in josaa counseling i paid rs.35000 and in csab counselling i paid rs.36500. As per csab norms my whole money after deducting rs.1500 as a csab processing fee should have been deposited in the institute's bank account (Nit durgapur) but only rs.35000 is transferred to the institute. My humble request with you dear sir to please refund my remaining rs.35000 to my bank account as soon as possible. I have already uploaded my cancelled cheque at the time of csab registration. Dear sir, rs.35000 is not a small sum for a poor family. I have all the proofs and fee receipts with me and i can upload them at any time if required. I beg you dear sir/madam to take quick action in this regard.
