CSC E Governance — fraudulent transaction

Subject: Request for Immediate Action – Refund of Erroneous Transaction Dated 17/06/2024

I am writing to formally escalate a matter of an unresolved erroneous transaction that has caused me considerable distress over the past 18 months.
On 17th June 2024, an amount of ₹20, 556/- was debited from my Indian Overseas Bank account (A/C No: [protected]) via Debit Card No: [protected]. The transaction report from VISA says that CCavenue is the payment gateway through which Ecom CSC E Governance received the funds, I can submit the VISA REPORT along with my bank statement to prove my claim.
Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the funds were credited to an account under Mr. Sudindra Nayak D, operating as Nandeshwara Enterprises, held at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mysore. Since the transaction was routed through an HDFC-linked account under ECOM CSC-E GOVERNANCE, I was advised to report the matter to HDFC Bank for further investigation and refund initiation.

I have submitted all relevant documents to the Hegde Nagar Branch of HDFC, and the case was forwarded to the CSC E-Governance team. The officers involved in the HDFC trail mail investigation are:

Despite multiple follow-ups by Mrs. Anuja Misra, HDFC Bank Manager, Hegde Nagar Bangalore, I have yet to receive any resolution or refund.

The HDFC in the latest mail says, they are waiting for CCAVENUE and CSC E Governance has to confirm the transaction from their end to initiate the refund.

Please coordinate with the HDFC bank officers and refund the money. The prolonged delay is unacceptable and has left me with no choice but to seek your direct intervention. It is 18 months already pursuing this refund. The email of the HDFC officers is below.

I respectfully urge you to review the case details, coordinate with the concerned teams, and expedite the refund process. Your prompt action will be greatly appreciated.
