I register query regarding my 1 tb hard disk in technical support and i got an automatic email that they will contact within one day but i did not got any response from them after waiting for 10 days i written complain to ceo but it seems they purposefully do not want to reply.
I am very unsatisfied with the transcend, i will never buy transcend product and not suggest anyone to buy transcend product. High price, quality is below average and no consumer support from company. Was this information helpful? |
