[Resolved]  Csr Captcha Filling — demanding money and sending legal notice

I have received a call from csr aurangabad and they have told me you have register for the work in csr you need work for 10 days we have pay rs 17500 for the same you need to type 9000 captcha on 21.9/19 they have send all the document such as user id password legal agreement license agreement audio clip and so on i have send him mail as your legal agreement copy is not opening after several mail they have send same mail but still it is not opening for the same i have started work i have done around 1600 captcha entry but it is not updating in record after that i will call him and ask him why it is not updating they told me after 72 hours it is update i have send several mail to them but they have give same answer sir check after 6pm it will update after 3 to 4 days when it is updated it is showing out of 1600 captcha only 250 captcha is correct after lots of call to customer care they have not give proper answer after that i have send mail related to some problem of viewing but they have replied for the same and they have said you zoom and then see i will try to zoom but it is not zooming after that i have received a call from esthitica enterprises which is based on gujarat they told me sir we are partner from csr company and we are providing a software which will automatic fill the captcha with 95% accuracy and it will work 100% i told him anjali i have try to connect the key board and mouse but it will not work how your software will work they told me i will provide the demo you tell your id i will tell my id and after that i will see it is working but accuracy is not up to mark i ask him again but they have said sir it is a demo so little bit accuracy is different you will purchase the software and it will work 100% and if any problem is there i will talk to company and i will release your payment as i have done already after that i am ready to pay the money they told me software cost is 4000 rs which i have paid after payment i will try to talk with anjali but nobody is pick phone after several call they have blacklist my no and after that i will start sending message via whatapp but they have not replied because they have blocked me there also so message will not deliver whenever i call with other number they have pick the phone but after hearing my voice they have disconnect the phone and they put the number in black list any how i have complete the work 29-9-19 i have received a call from csr aurangabad and they have told me you have not complete the work you have to pay rs.5100 as penalty otherwise we have send a legal notice they have send a legal notice on 3-10-19 by advocate associate : shubham aggarwal address : aurangabad, maharashtra (Mh) chamber number : 23 bar council number : mh[protected]. After that i will talk to mr subham aggarwal on phone and i will provide all the details which ever i have received and he told me i will talk to company and after that i will say anything again i will call on[protected] to mr subham agarwal and he told me i will send details to company they will talk to you i have received a call from csr aurangabad and they told me sir you want to discuss something to me pls tell me have ask him there is no address on you legal document and legal agreement they have told it is not required and after that i will told him there are lots of case is filed against you on consumer complaints they told me i dont know and after that they said same thing you pay or otherwise we will see you on court and they have disconnect the phone and now they have send again other notice which is attached advocate mane b.com ll.
