Csr Online Captcha Work — online captcha work frauds

I am subeesh from Kerala. on 13th August 2019 I received a call from [protected] number, it was a woman she told me that she is Pooja from CSR company at Maharashtra and offered me an online job without any investment, she send message on whatsapp also that number was : +91 [protected], she sent me a link to my e mail ID to sign an electronic document, it was a free lancer work agreement also mentioned that if I fail to complete the work within the time alloted me they will fine me with an amount of 5000. I believed it and signed. After that another person called me it was a man and he just verified me by asking some questions like are you ready to work and when you ready to work etc. He told me that he will send me the work details, but after one day I called back to reach that woman since i didn't get any work details yet. But they not attended my call, after that I understand that it was a fake job offer so I messaged her by asking why you cheating people, why you not attending the call etc. After that I tried to to call again but her phone was switch off. I don't know why they cheating like this.
