I was persuing a pharmacy cource in chouksey private college in bilaspur (c. g.) but i was forced to quit after 1st year due to personal reasons and i paid that year fees... now i went to withdraw 12th migration certificate but they denied mentioning i must pay fees for rest of duration of course... its been 3 years since i left but they are still trying to subdue us... is it the actual policy or they are framing us..
