I have placed an order on Cubelelo.com for a cube "GAN 13 Maglev (Frosted)" with Order ID - #[protected] on 19-Aug-2024 and same was confirmed by Cubelelo.com on 19-Aug-2024. However, they cancelled my order citing a price hike on 20-Aug-2024. I have paid / COD for the product in Good faith, and the cancellation without my consent was unfair.
I had call on customer care on [protected] and also try to send a mail to [protected]@cubelelo.com "Dear Cubelelo Team, I understand the mistakes happen, but I am really disappointed that my order was cancelled. The GAN 13 Maglev (Frosted) was my dream cube, And I was so excited to finally get it. I've been searching for it for a long time and its not available anywhere else. Please, is there any way you can make an exception and reinstate my order? I will be grateful if you can fulfill my dream. Thankyou for taking the time to read my massage. I look forward to hearing from you." but as of now they have not agree to reinstate my order on the same price I had ordered and customer care support also said that you can go to consumer complaint Forum.
So I request you to help us to receive my product from the Cubelelo.com on the same price I have ordered.
