Hi there,

We are resident of Civil lines station road Bareilly 243001. We are a family of four two adults and two children. One member always stay out of town because of work. The so called CUGL company was sending us bill for every two months for around 570 and 540 INR. They stopped sending bill from December and now after requesting to them many times they sent the bill from Dec 2022 - June 2023 for the amount of 8946 approx. When visited their Satellite office, no one was able to provide the breakdown of this high amount and they said that the bill which we were paying was not justified because we were only paying an average rate till now.

They were unable to clarify how many units per month we have consumed why our bill is this high and were providing baseless information. Some says that the amount we paid with in 2 years of time from the connection date was never received to them and many false accusations.

I would request to the higher authority if they see this post so someone having same issue, please raise your voice against this scam and any higher officer please resolve this as soon as possible because we are not paying this huge amount until we get the evidence of now many unites we have used from Dec 2022 - June 2023.
