Dear Cult Team,

I am writing this after repeatedly chasing you for the past three months regarding my refund request. This entire experience has been nothing short of a scam. Every time I raise a ticket, your team simply closes it without any resolution. This is disgraceful customer service.

I have been unable to book slots, which defeats the purpose of my membership entirely. Despite this, when I raise the issue, your so-called customer support either ignores it, closes the ticket arbitrarily, or gives excuses like “we tried to reach you but couldn’t connect.” This is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I managed to get through to one of your representatives recently, who promised the issue would be resolved today. Yet, here I am again with no refund, no resolution, and the same cycle of false assurances. Meanwhile, my friends have already received full refunds without going through this circus.

Adding to the frustration, I now hear that the center will be closing from next week. Are you deliberately stalling to avoid paying me back? This feels like outright fraud.

I demand my refund immediately. If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue formally, including legal action and posting my experience publicly to warn others about such practices.

Enough is enough—stop closing tickets without resolving them and issue my refund right away.
