I placed an order for two WHOOP 5.0 fitness trackers with 12-month Peak subscription included via Culture Circle. What I received was only the Sportflex straps — no devices, no subscription, nothing else.
I immediately raised the issue, shared full unboxing video, invoice, tracking proof, and contacted both Culture Circle and PickYourKiicks. Despite several messages and calls, the only resolution offered was vague: they claimed they “don’t do partial deliveries, ” yet no actual solution was provided.
Their founder also reached out, admitted reverse pickup would be initiated, and promised either a replacement or refund — but now the process is again delayed without updates, and their reseller is unwilling to provide order proof, saying it’s “internal.”
