I am writing to you regarding my recent experience with one of your sales / marketing executives. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to a missing item and the bad behavior of the sales executive.
Firstly, I received my order and found that an items was missing from the package. This was quite frustrating as I had paid for the complete order and was eagerly waiting for all the items to arrive. I immediately contacted the sales / marketing executive assigned to me to inquire about the missing item, but I was met with unprofessional behavior and a dismissive attitude. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the sales / marketing executive called me a THIEF.
The word THIEF is quite disappointing from sales / marketing executives. Its a shameful thing for such the reputed organisation.
As a customer, I expect to receive good service and prompt assistance when there is an issue with my order.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that your sales / marketing executives (Mr. Naveen Goyal and Mr. Abhishek Tyagi) are trained to handle customer inquiries professionally and respectfully. Additionally, I would like to request that the missing item be sent to me as soon as possible, so that I can complete my order.
