I booked for a kerala trip with cupid holidays pvt ltd, new delhi, (website www.cupidholidays.in, mob [protected]). accordingly deposited Rs 80000 on 29th Aug 2014 and Rs 76630 on 10th Nov 2014 into their account. but due to some personal reason, i had to cancel the trip and duly informed them in advance. they told that after cancellation charge, Rs 138000 will be refunded to me within 2 months. however till now they have deposited only Rs 38000 on 24th July 2015. i am repeatedly trying to contact them over mail, sms and mobile, but they are avoiding my calls. their contact person is one called Mr Rawat (mob [protected]). sometimes he lifts the mobile and say that it is in process or their boss is out of town, like so many excuses. I am losing my hope of getting the remaining Rs 100000. please do the needfull so that i get my refund back. Thanks

they keep on changing the name of the company, same people. earlier it was saint travels. the phone no i mentioned is permanently switched off now.

I got for tickets to Kashmir for 23rd Nov 2016. I paid Rs 30, 000 /- to M/S Cupid Holidays Pvt.Ltd. on 28/04/2016 vide receipt No. 9042 dated 28/04/2016. Yesterday I tried to call Ms Laxmi through whom I booked the ticket but didn't receive any phones & none of their are operative. I wish to file an FIR against Cupid Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on checking the status of my tickets at AIR INDIA site. I found that both my tickets have been cancelled of which i have no knowledge this company is a fraud as they have not even returned the money of the cancelled tickets.

They are a bunch of lyers especially Ms Shree. they talk very sweetly till they get all the money from you. After that their torture. They will not lift the phone or even if they lift the phone, they tell complete lies

Yeah That's True Shree & Lakshmi Both are lyes and they are cheating me around 70, 000 Rs. I found they opened new company with same cheating think new company address is H. NO. 328, 1ST FLOOR, SECTOR-31 GURGAON Gurgaon HR 122001
