I went to cult on 11/7 for the 9 PM class. They have a policy that they alow people till 9:05 PM. I reached the center at 9:04 PM (Can share screenshot o[censored]ber). The center was overcrowded by people standing on gate who had just come out of dance class. I managed to make my way through them, keep my bag inside and take a position. The warm up was still going on. Suddenly center manager comes in and asks me to move out as I am late. Ofcourse by the time he came and told me this the time was way beyond 9:05PM. I moved out and told him that he should know how to manage the center better. He came charging at me at uncomfortably close position and started shouting, I asked him to move back or I will record on camera. Only then he moved. I escalated this to cult same day. After 5 days and without taking my interview they come back saying they have involved HR and I can rejoi. My problem is I feel unsafe with the same center manager. The day this incident happened no one was there to help me. The center manager had also boasted that nothing will be done against him. The company is neither taking an action against his behaviour which is defintely unsafe. neither are they refunding my money. They are instead forcing me to workout in an unsafe environment Was this information helpful? |
