I am filing a complaint against BTUSS Services Pvt. LTD for the non-payment of my February 2025 salary despite multiple follow-ups. Below are the details:

Chronology of Events:
1. February 28, 2025: I informed Mr. Imtiyaz Ali, the owner, of my resignation, effective March 1, 2025.
2. Follow-ups: I made several calls and messages to request my February salary, but received no response.
3. Unfair Condition: Mr. Ali insisted that my February salary would only be paid if I met March targets. He stated that failing to do so would result in the forfeiture of both February and March salaries. Since my February salary was for completed work, I found this condition unjust and chose not to continue from March 1, 2025.
